1. Service Description

Sanshodhan AI is a free self-assessment tool operated by CompliYUG that evaluates an organization's readiness for compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). The service generates a gap analysis report based on user-provided responses to a structured questionnaire.

2. No Legal Advice

Sanshodhan AI is not a substitute for legal advice. The assessment results, gap analysis, risk scores, and remediation suggestions are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, regulatory guidance, or a certification of compliance. Organizations should consult qualified legal professionals for compliance decisions.

3. Free Service

The DPDP compliance self-assessment, report generation, and PDF download are provided at no cost. CompliYUG may offer paid consulting services separately, but the assessment itself will remain free.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your organization's data practices
• Use the service only for its intended purpose of compliance self-assessment
• Not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service
• Not submit false or misleading information
• Ensure you have authority to provide organization-level information

5. Intellectual Property

The Sanshodhan AI platform, scoring methodology, question schema, and report templates are the intellectual property of CompliYUG. Your assessment responses and generated reports are owned by you. You may share your reports as you see fit.

6. Limitation of Liability

CompliYUG provides Sanshodhan AI “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to regulatory penalties, data breaches, or business losses.

7. Data Handling

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All PII is encrypted at rest, and you may request erasure at any time via our data deletion page.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Assessment data is auto-saved and resumable via magic links to minimize disruption.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
